When is my order shipped?

Within two business days after the order is placed.
How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are delivered within 2-8 business days after the order has left the warehouse. If you’ve been waiting more than five days for a package, feel free to contact us and we will fix the problem.
Can I track my product?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us here.
What are the shipping rates?

We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping for orders $70 and over. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $8.50 for shipping within Canada. Keep your eye out for free shipping and other promotions that we offer to our exclusive mailing list.
How can I change my order after it's been placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to take care of you. Feel free to contact us here.
What is your Shipping Policy

VanOrganic ships Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 12pm PST. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

We ship to all of Canada.
What are my payment options?

How can I order loose leave tea and accessories?

We have made the checkout process as simple as 1,2,3. Simply find the tea of your choice, add it to your cart, and proceed with the checkout instructions. To browse our selection of teas, click here.
What is your return policy?

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. For obvious reasons, we can't accept/resell tea or teaware that has been used or opened. Ultimately, we want our customers to feel satisfied and valued, so contact us hereand we will do our best to take care of you.
Do I need a receipt from my purchase?

Although an order number helps, we have all of our clients and their orders saved on our database, so no need to sweat it!
Do you take everything back?

We'll always go the extra mile to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return. We cannot accept tea that has been opened for obvious reasons. Feel free to contact us hereif you have any questions!
Is there a time limit?

We ask that returns are made as quickly as possible, and not more than 14 days.
Are there restocking fees?

No need to worry about fees for restocking items, we have that covered!
How do you avoid using pesticides?

We avoid using pesticides by using natural methods of killing organisms that try to eat our tea. Some of which include flypaper, predator insects, predator bats and plants that are attractive to harmful insects. To read more, click here.
