Returns
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. For obvious reasons, we can't accept/resell tea or teaware that has been used or opened. Ultimately, we want our customers to feel satisfied and valued, so contact us and we will do our best to take care of you.
Shipping
Shipping
VanOrganic ships Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 12pm PST. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
